Horizon has been developing commercial real estate in the Louisville marketplace for over 15 years through a sister company, Horizon Partners, LLC. Horizon has developed, or acquired, in excess of 500,000 square feet of retail and office space in the past three years. In addition, Horizon is currently developing 80,000 square feet in three new retail developments in the Louisville marketplace.

The principals of Horizon Partners, Michael Carpenter, John Hollenbach, and Greg Oakley, collectively have over 75 years in the development business.
